Data we collect
The contact form collects your name, email address, request type and message. We use this information only to respond to your request.
Photographs
We only publish photographs for which the organiser confirms usage rights. Removal requests can be sent through the contact page.
Service providers
The application may use Supabase for data and files, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection.
Retention and rights
Messages are retained for no longer than 12 months by default. The controller’s contact details and rights request procedure must be supplied before launch.
